single fare

Hello! Here is a (very small) painting I did for Sloan Fine Art's upcoming show "Single Fare." What you see on your screen is actually bigger than the painting itself, which was done on a New York City Metrocard.

All art in "Single Fare" is on the back of a 3 x 4 Metrocard! Here's some more info about the show and opening:

"Single Fare 2: Please Swipe Again"
A Show of Small Works on Used MetroCards
Opening Reception: Thursday, March 17th, 5 to 9 pm
Exhibition: March 18 to 26, 2011

My painting is based on Jeremy Scott's NYFW Fall 2011 show, which I LOVED. Not for the clothes as much as the styling. The ponytails and make-up were amazing!

So yeah, liking boys is very last year. Now it's all about hating them.
